SHIPPING AND RETURNS

At Get Rooted Plant Co, your satisfaction means everything to us. We take pride in providing happy, healthy plants from our Florida home to yours. If something’s not right with your order, we’re here to help.

Live Plant Guarantee

We guarantee our plants will arrive healthy and ready to thrive. If your plant arrives damaged, unhealthy, or does not survive within the first 7 days of delivery:

  • Please email us at stayawhile@getrootedplantco.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the plant and packaging.

  • We’ll assess and offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

⚠️ We do not offer refunds for damage caused by neglect, incorrect care, or shipping delays once the plant is in transit.

Returns

Due to the nature of live plants, we do not accept returns. However, for non-plant items (such as pots, accessories, or merchandise):

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was incorrect or defective.

To start a return, contact stayawile@getrootedplantco.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method once a return or issue is approved.

  • Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to appear.

  • If your refund is late or missing, please contact your bank or card provider first, then reach out to us.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase as long as they have not shipped. Email us right away if you need to cancel.

Shipping Delays or Issues

We pack with care and only ship early in the week to avoid weekend delays. However, once a package leaves our hands, we are not responsible for delays due to weather, carrier mishandling, or incorrect address input.
